IFLE engine updated to version 0.2! [Logical error fix]


Greetings,

I built this engine out of my thirst to exploit a possibility, the beauty of interacting with a code. This is the beauty of these games. For example, an engine that I love, like Twine, does not have a parser for exploiting scripts in the game files. Hence this result. With this update I fixed a logical error that had the scripts of the actions in the objects. Below you will see the gameplay log:


Starting Room

"Where am I?"You're in a cold metal room. There are no windows. The metal door looks corroded by rust. It's probably a cabin in some abandoned laboratory. Or a ship. There's no furniture. Just the door, the damp, and the rust...

You move to Search Room...

Search Room

While searching the room, you found a small spot on the metal floor that was loose. Two screws appear loose. The other two, however, appear to be tight.

Exits: Rusty Cabin

You picked up Screws.

> examine screws

Two rusty screws whose turns appear corroded.

> use screws

You try to find where they might fit, but you don't find anything worthwhile..

You move to Rusty Cabin...

Rusty Cabin

You're in a cold metal room. There are no windows. The metal door looks corroded by rust. It's probably a cabin in some abandoned laboratory. Or a ship. There's no furniture. Just the door, the damp, and the rust...

Open Passage

You approach the darkened metal hatch and try with all your might to open it. It's stuck. Maybe it's rust. You try really hard. The other two screws broke. The hatch opened. A small staircase leads down to a small, dark room.

Small Dark Room

Descending the stairs, you find yourself in a small, dark room, where the humidity pierces your bones. You hear metal creaking from the metal wall.

A portable button with a strange antenna and a small lamp. A red button apears in a text that writes "start".

You press the red button and the light spreads throughout the room..

Descending the stairs, you find yourself in a small room, where the humidity pierces your bones. You hear metal creaking from the metal wall.

A heavy hammer that had not been affected by rust. However, the wooden handle appeared to be in a shabby condition, probably due to humidity.

Descending the stairs, you find yourself in a small room, where the humidity pierces your bones. You hear metal creaking from the metal wall.

You stretch the rubber band and a creaking sound is heard, warning that it has reached its limit.

Main Corridor

When you open the rusty door, a narrow corridor appears. You are on a ship, but you still don't remember how you got there. But, for a moment, you don't even remember who you are. There is a persistent noise of a machine, perhaps a generator. Are there others here?
